Very happy with my purchase! I am a mom of two and I am working on a photo project for my son and I need to cut out a lot of photos. I don't like that the lines are in metric! That makes it much more difficult for me to use. I don't know if that info was included in description. I'm old school. Will not ever learn metric system in my lifetime.

Very good paper cutter, easy to cut paper. Regarding this safety lock, I would like to say that the safety lock design is very good and will not hook clothes. I read the comments that some users did not install the handle cap correctly, and then said that there is no safety lock. You can install it according to my method, it's very simple.
First put the handle cap on the handle and tap it lightly with a tool. There is a small right angle at 2.4 inches of the handle, as shown in my photo, and then tap the outer edge of the handle cap to cover the right angle. This is done. Remember to look at the outer side of the handle cap, not the inner side. Or you can directly use a ruler to measure the 2.4-inch length of the handle to make a mark, and then tap the outer edge of the handle cap to the mark. It is ready to use after installation, which is very convenient.
