This hair remover really does get the job done. I've been avoiding using my work desk because my long-haired cat made my desk chair one of her favorite nap spots. I purchased the hand-held and the credit card sized. The handheld works amazing. The reason I bought it was for my car. Being I have 2 dogs the amount of hair grows quickly. Previously I would vacuum everything and hand pick out the hair that was stuck in the fabric/floor. Now the only places I have to pick out are the narrow areas in and around the seats bases that the tool can't reach. I though maybe the credit card tool would work in these areas but I needed the the working end of the tool to be perpendicular to the length of the tight area. I wish they made one that was like the handheld but only a 1/2 inch wide to really get into the crevices.
Having said that, this is truly the first tool that works on getting hair out of the car!

Used this right away on our dining room chairs, where our cat loves to nap, and it was really impressive how much hair it brought up! I am so tired of the sticky paper rollers, which we go through like crazy with two cats and a dog. I decided to pit the two against each other in a test, and on my last dining chair, I cleaned it as I normally would with the paper roller. I then went over the "clean" chair with the Uproot Cleaner Pro, and it was unbelievable how much cat hair still came out of the upholstery: two and a half handfuls! The angle takes a little bit of trial and error, and you need to test it on an inconspicuous spot of your fabric to make sure it won't damage it, but within about five minutes, I had it down and was taking care of business. Definitely recommend.
