I like it. I did not even lube it up yet (I am 150 pounds) and it works well and it is quiet. I was worried it would be loud but it's just fine! Definitely broke a small sweat. My hubby, 250 pounds, walked for a moment and it didn't work as well for him. Again that was without lube so not sure how it'd go if it were. I thought it would help me focus better but so far I find myself not as focused while typing. That being said it's only the first day so maybe I need to get used to it. Very easy to maneuver to the other side of my desk when not using.
