I do love this product, firm and thick it's easy to blend and so delicious.the good thing is that I don't bloat unlike other brands. My first try on this product vanilla is the best I guess.

I've never taken protein powder but I wanted a bigger butt LOL. I was gonna get the chocolate flavor cuz CHWOCLET!!! But decided to get strawberry cuz it's more versatile in shakes like strawberry banana and other fruits! And it just adds an extra strawberry flavor! Artificial ofc but still yummy. And I throw in every random fruit and veggies I need that I wouldn't eat otherwise and the strawberry really covers up the taste! I'd like to think it's helped muscle soreness but honestly I don't work out that hard and it HAS indeed inflated a bit!!! So that's the evidence I needed to write this review hahaha. I initially tried to just mix it with water and whisk/shake it and even tried hot water to chug quickly but it will clump no matter what and taste like chalky pepto bismol type vibe and it's very cringe so blending is the way to go.
