Easy to fold up and unfold. Building was straightforward but I couldnt get one of the bottom skrews to go in. Even with one skrew not in, the treadmil is still very steardy. Can be a little squeaky at times but it's tolerable. I wish the cup holder was bigger. However the treadmill definitely does it's job for the price.

The first machine i rec'd was not functional and was returned to Amazon. Fortunately, Laura (from UMAY) contacted me and ask me to give the machine a another try. I accepted and she quickly had a new machine sent to me. (5 Stars for Customer Service) I did get the new machine a couple of weeks ago and my wife and have put a few miles on it already. This machine is fairly light weight, easy to assemble and easy to operate. So far the machine has ran well with some exceptions: the belt was rubbing and needed some adjustment. I am a big guy (275 lbs) and the belt does occasionally slip on me (we may have over-oiled it). My wife has not had this problem. Regarding construction, The upright supports wobble back and forth even when all bolts are tightened to their reasonable limits. finally, the owner's manual is horrid. This machine has 12 programs on it, yet the manual doesn't explain what any of them are. In the pictures showing operation it indicates that the buttons should be held down all at the same time rather than in sequence (it uses a plus sign (+) rather than a comma or other means of indicating sequential operation. This is clearly a translation issue. Overall, I think this machine very good for one at this price point. If people are shopping for a treadmill and have limited budget, this is one that is certainly worth considering. I am pleased with this product.

This treadmill is perfect for someone who is not looking for an elite workout just casual walks and some mild running. Very easy to assemble and sturdy I am 256 pounds and this treadmill works with me just fine. Would recommend especially for such a good price.
