Easy assemble. This is my first time using it and I walked 3 miles in 1 hour on 5.0 incline. I'm 5'4 inches for reference and the band length is perfect for me. The incline is a bit off compared to a standard gym treadmill but I already knew that when reading the other reviews. As far as band width, I wore the HOKA bondi shoes that are pretty chunky lol and was the perfect room. Will update my review in a month"¦.

Okay I'm 71 and a women I'm pretty handy lol but the box is so so heavy and to get it out was rufff ! I did it and the rest is easy just a couple of bolts tools come with it's just so heavy for an older women . Now I have to put it on my mat I bought to put it on and also not sure what the pad with Velcro are yet.

I would like to echo another reviewer, I would not pay more than $400 for this treadmill. I have had close to 3 months, usage: 3-5 days/wk the first month then 1-2/wk. I started using the treadmill less, because of the noise level of the buttons and typically only being able to workout when everyone's ready to sleep. The sound of the belt moving is relatively quiet (e.g., white noise/easy to tune out). I like to do intervals of sprinting and inclined walking.

If I am starting, I will hit preset button once for 2.0 mph, twice for 4.0 mph or three times for 6.0 mph, and then long press the arrow up or down until desired speed.

"¢Placement of buttons on handles-awkward angle for inclined walking no real place to hold and focus only on engaging core and legs like at local fitness center (If you are over 5'6" you probably will not have this problem.).
"¢Weight of treadmill-The package when delivered is a two person or team lift, especially if you are going up steps. I could rock the package inside but needed help with our steps. It was a few pounds too heavy for me to get the right angle and push up the steps by myself.
"¢No pause button-Lowest speed setting is 0.5 mph which is slow enough to grab something nearby and not throw off completed distance too much. I use a running app/my watch, so pause that since I use the treadmill for comparison only.
