This walking pad/treadmill is EXCELLENT! I sit all day in an office and was looking for a way to be a bit more active. This walking pad is very quiet so perfect for any workplace setting or to use during your virtual meetings. It even counts my steps based on the pressure of my foot! It fits perfectly under my desk and integrates seamlessly into my workspace. The walking pad is actually quite light and can be moved around very easily. It has wheels on the bottom at the front to push it under your desk easily. It comes with a little remove and oil to lubricate the belt. Coming funny intact, if I could give this 10 stars I would. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice way to get your steps in during work.

Works perfectly with my sit stand desk. Easy to assemble and really needed only one person. The tread is smooth. The controller is great to use to change speed while working or listening to conferences. I would say the only negative is that the treadmill tends to get hot after an hour. Also the width is good but you do have to be careful to stay centered as it does not have much room on either side.

After getting a couple of months of use out of this treadmill I feel comfortable reviewing it. I've put approximately 150 miles on it and definitely think there are some pros and cons here. Keep in mind I'm 5'11" and about 240LB's as well.

PRO - Compact Size
This treadmill truthfully is compact (it's a bit shorter than a full size bed width wise, see photos for comparison). I'm a bit of a long strider so it took some getting used to walking on a smaller platform at higher speeds and not falling off of it, but definitely doable after some time. I'm able to walk at up to 3.3 MPH even with my longer strides and not have to worry about falling off the back. I will say speeds higher than 3.3 is when I've noticed me hitting the back end on the treadmill while walking. I haven't tested any jogging/running because I'm near the max weight for the treadmill and don't want to stress the motor too much with high impact movement, but the motor seems to have more than enough power for myself walking. Will update this review if the motor starts to give me any trouble.

PRO - Mobility
The treadmill has some wheels at the base of it that make moving it around a breeze and it's not too heavy. I really thought having to lubricate the treadmill was going to be a pain, with having to get on the floor to loosen the belt and such, but the ability to wheel the treadmill on to my lap and not feel like I'm getting crushed made it very easy to do. Took me less than 5 minutes to loosen the belt, put lubricant on, and tighten it back up.

PRO - Tech
I like how simple the console is, it has a remote control for you to control speeds and pause your workout if needed. The console displays your speed, your total distance in steps & miles, calories burned, and your total workout time. It alternates through these in 5 second intervals, or you can pick a specific one for it to stop and just show you the one metric. You could say a con would be there's no way to measure your heart rate (so it can get an accurate measure of calories burned), but most people have a smart watch or some other piece of tech to measure that anyways if you care about that.

CON - Comfort
Because the treadmill's on the cheaper end, the main board is certainly much firmer and has less padding than something you'd see at the gym (was really jarring the first few days, but I got used to it). My tip is to wear some high quality gym shoes and you should be fine. And once again I've only tested it with walking, not jogging, so I imagine it would feel a bit firmer with jogging but do not know for sure.

CON - Compact Size
I know, I said this was a pro at first. I just want to say if you do have longer strides like myself or have a very wide stride, this will take some getting used to (and personally I probably would recommend a wider/longer belt treadmill if you feel you're in that group). I'm 5'11" and my legs are normal length, but I do feel at times I'm almost walking on the sides of the treadmill or the front console part because the belt is on the smaller end. I imagine if you're 6'4" or have a long stride, especially with running, this compact belt may be too small.

CON - Stability/No arms to hang on to
I did not realize how much I appreciated a treadmill with arms or a center console that I could hang on to for added support if needed (typically when I'm getting tired and my form gets worse). I think this is in part to the smaller belt size, but when I do start to get tired after a couple of miles, my form starts to get worse, and I do miss having something to hang on to for added stability.

I bought this as a gift for my wife as she had been wanting a way to get the blood flowing and move a bit throughout the day, rather than just sitting at her desk. I was skeptical at first, but with how easy it is to set up, use, store, and maintain, she uses it every single day. She's already put 40 miles on it since Christmas, and it's holding up as if she unwrapped it yesterday. The track moves smoothly, it's extremely quiet, and has a very sturdy base. I HIGHLY recommend this product if you're in the market for a walking pad.
