This will block *everything* so setting it up will take time, and always the chance legitimate calls get blocked. Forgotten relative, friend, business forgot to add, etc.
The white-list function might work differently than other blockers. Can add your phonebook/contacts list, but device accepting them might require manually pressing 'family' button. Only have to do this once. I use it sparingly to block out human telemarketers, soliciting, etc.
