Having a portable sauna has been a game changer because you can pop it up pretty much anywhere. Setting up the sauna was really easy and fast to assemble. It took less than 10 minutes to set up. This sauna gets so hot you will be dripping sweat. I live in a cold place and bought this to keep my sanity this winter. I lasted about 18 minutes in the sauna. I let it steam first for about 10-15 minutes. I suggest doing this at night because you will be so relaxed afterwards. Only thing I dislike is how the mat gets soaking wet after using it. I put a towel down for now but will be purchasing a barstool so that I can sit and keep my feet up. You could also get a bamboo floor mat. Overall I really like this one. Also comes with a 2 yr warranty through asurion if that's something you're interested in. Oh another thing make sure to wipe down after each use, I wait for it to dry out a few hours before I do that and use a homemade cleaning solution of vinegar , water, 70% alcohol. Also would suggest using distilled water in the pot to prevent calcium deposits. Hope this helps!

I was very surprised at how well this worked. It sets up easily and does not take up much space. We put it in the extra bedroom/office and works great there. It heats up fast and is very relaxing. One suggestion I have is to use a plastic stool or chair to make it a more relaxing experience. I would recommend this product to someone who wants a sauna but does not have the space or money for the built in version.

Pros: easy to assemble, lightweight to move around, gets hot really quick, can fit a lawn chair inside, tall enough for 6 foot person to stand in, has a window to not feel claustrophobic, water tank large enough for a 20 minute session without refilling.
Cons: the inside gets really wet because of the steam and water proof design - so really this is a good thing. The price is a higher than some options - I chose this one because of the height and ability to fit a chair inside. Cant use electronics inside - I saw other options that have hand slots to use your phone outside and stick your head out the top but I wanted to be fully immersed in mine. Produces a lot of steam - this is good and bad. Good because it helps open pores, detoxes, relaxes muscles, etc. Bad because if you use inside it will increase the humidity dramatically when airing out.
YMMV but this worked out perfectly for me because I use it in my work out room that is located in my sunroom. When I am done with it, I will open all the windows to the sunroom so the humidity can escape outside. A quick 15 minute session is really all you need to feel the effects of this sauna box. Doesnt get quite as hot as the gym ones but it does well for a home gym. Wouldnt recommend going longer than 15 mins other wise you might end up with soggy finger tips and a really smelly sauna box from sweat.
