My daughter-in-law had this steamer for years and I loved it. I ordered it for myself, and it hasn't disappointed me. It is small enough for small kitchens, but large enough to steam two large artichokes. I just pour in water, put my veggies in the container and set the timer and forget about it. When I am finished with preparing my family's meal, I hear the beep (steamer is done) and add perfect veggies on the table. So easy. The veggies are never over or under cooked, just perfect. I highly recommend this steamer.
