THIS STUFF WORKS. Like most everyone else, I have tried every paste, cream, solution, pumice stone, skin grinder etc. to find something that would get rid of the thick, ugly and painful cracked skin on my diabetic feet. Five months ago I purchased some O'Keeffe's based on the Amazon reviews. I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED! After two weeks (with only one daily application) my feet looked and felt like a babies. I am not kidding. After each application, I put on a pair of lightweight socks to make sure none of the O'Keeffe's cream was wasted. This cream is not greasy at all and is absorbed very quickly by the skin (goes on clean and stays on clean). Was so impressed that I purchased a 12-pack and simply apply it once a day after showering. Great product. As a bonus, one can re-use the very high quality round container to store any number of things - breath mints, gum, toll booth change, cell phone wires, stamps, paper clips or whatever. LOVE IT.

Crazy how much better my feet were doing after using this for around a month. I had terrible cracked feet after getting lazy about exfoliating (having a kiddo took a lot of my focus off myself), and had developed a painful crack that was making it hard to walk. I was skeptical at first, but all the good reviews convinced me it was worth a try vs just using shea butter or coconut oil. And immediately I could see the difference, my feet are significantly less embarrasing, much more smooth, and the crack is healing. If I was really diligent about making sure I used it every night, or if I was taking the time to soak my feet and apply it after, I'm sure I'd be seeing even better results.

I've had dry, cracked skin on my feet, especially my heels, for years and I've spent a lot of time and money trying to find a product (or combination of products) that will actually work on them. This cream is about the closest I've come to fixing the problem. When I first started using it, I thought it was kind of thin and wouldn't help much, but I stuck with it and have been using it for about 2 months now. It hasn't gotten rid of the dry skin 100%, but it's about the closest I've come--maybe 85-90% and by far, the best product I've tried to date. You have to use it every day--I prefer to put it on right before I go to bed to give it time to absorb (socks help as well). I also put it on after a shower, but I think it's the bedtime application that does the trick. I highly recommend it.

I wouldn't blame you if you threw up a little looking at the before and after pics. I'm 30 years old and thought to myself "my good feet days are in the past ". I'm originally from Miami so it's almost 365 days of flip flops or open toe shoes. I tried EVERY lotion, special Dr. Prescription moisturizing lotion, even at home foot scrubs and soaks, overnight foot wraps. NOTHING WORKED! So fed up, I always go on Amazon to read reviews and see what other people have tried. I came across this lotion. Figured what is there to loose but less than $10. So I tried it. From DAY ONE, it soothed my Crack heels. My heels were so badly cracked it hurt to walk. I honestly don't know how my feet got to this point...I even purchased a pumice stone, the "as seen on tv ped egg". Nothing works as good, and as FAST AS this lotion. I am so happy I feel like writting a letter to the company telling them I am SUCH A HAPPY CAMPER! No more being shy, embarrassed how my feet look. I'm telling you, my feet were in such bad shape that even after scrubbing with HOT WATER, SOAP AND the pumice stone...my heels still looked dirty because the cracks were so deep. My 10 year old kid said "Mom, did you wash your feet"? Super embarrasing. Now I go to my Yoga class barefoot no embarrassment. I can go to the beach with my nice looking feet and of course wear my sandals with confidence. I am an older female who has dry, cracked heels. I live in Florida and wear sandals year-round, so I hate having ugly heels! I have used Kerasal cream for years, and thought it worked okay. It is somewhat greasy, and I had to use it every other day to keep good results. And, it is rather pricey.
I saw an ad on TV for the O'Keefe's and promptly found it on Amazon. It is less expensive than Kerasal, so I decided to try it. I was not disappointed. It is less greasy, is absorbed better, and the effects last for several days, so I don't have to use it as often.
I will definitely be buying this again.
