Sloping basket sides mean the true capacities of the baskets are about 25% less than what is listed

The smallest inner dimensions of the basket are missing from the ad. The big basket is 11" l. by 4+3/8" w. by 4"h. and being so much smaller than the amazon listed dimensions (12x6x5), was too small for my needs. If the basket sides didn't slope, I probably could have used it. I don't understand why the bottom of the basket isn't made the same size as the opening. The "horns" that go through the pegboard also gave me difficulty in being too long. I had to pull the pegboard farther away from the wall (it was already on half inch spacers) so the baskets could be properly mounted.
Poorly designed pegboard baskets

As manufactured, the angle of the bends in the pegs are too shallow, requiring one to force them into a normal 1/4" hole pegboard. In addition, the length of the vertical part of the peg (the portion that is behind the pegboard) is much too long. In order to get these baskets to easily mount to pegboard, I had to bend the pegs to a much sharper angle, closer to 90° and cut almost 1/4" off the tip of each peg. Considering how simple these baskets are and pegboard design has been around for many years, it is really a stupid bit of misengineering to manufacture such a poor design.
To summarize, I would not buy these again, the only positive aspects of them are low cost and utility after being modified. Buyers who lack tools or ability to correct the peg design will be sorely disappointed.

Two of the 'peggable' wire baskets are perfect, however one of them doesn't fit in the peg board! It's the strangest thing since the other two fit perfectly, and go right in place, holding all sorts of items (tape measure; etc.). For some reason the 3rd one doesn't fit correctly, and is sort of raised up, not aligning flush with the board. I'd really like to order another set, but I'm afraid I'll then have 2 baskets that don't work!

Well made, excellent value, love these. NOTE: There are 4 hooks on top that fit perfectly into the holes on a 1 inch x 1 inch pegboard, like mine. But there are 4 small pointed rods that stick out the back that *appear* to be for sticking into holes below. However, I've just figured out that those 4 small rods are there to keep the baskets level, NOT to stick into the holes below (see picture). Just put these to use in my garage, love em. Wish I had more.
