works really great it's companion tray also is fantastic. it should be noted that my first review of the on the companion tray (for mouse) was not favorable but in fact the error was me not it. the entire set definitely deserves praise.

I LOVE this lapdesk!!! Not only is a GREAT lap desk, but also a great riser/stand for my laptop when working at my desk with my wireless keyboard. I also LOVE that I can travel with this. I'm always using a book or something when I travel..this folds flat and small enough to add to my bag. And the price is GREAT too!!

This LapWorks Laptop Desk was not a disappointment like I read in other reviews. It's great for laying in bed or sitting on the couch. I don't worry about my laptop getting hot. And, it's material is very sturdy.
