Horrible design, doesn't fit under your arch like it supposed to at All! The hard lump sits directly under the bottom of your heel, right where your heal meets your arch to be exact, and let me tell you.. IT HURTS SLOT! causes triple the amount of pain! And the worst thing is... you can't return it, even after only one day .. no returns.. a hefty price for such a low quality product!! Also the heel cup itself has hardly and cushion. They are Horrible!
