These tablets are the pill version of using enevelopes of Dry Gelatin to help your nails to grow or to assist in the alleviation of muscle and joint pain. They are inexpensive and a good value. Since they are a supplement and not an actual vitamin, results may vary.

For me they aid in rapid nail and hair growth (approximately 1/8 to 1/2 inch per month, when taken along with Biotin Capsules daily-although a B vitamin, results with that also vary with amount ingested.)

I was advised by a nurse friend to take a product of this type, only what she recommended was sheets of gelatin that one would have to melt in a beverage. I started researching gelatin in pill form and found that in most cases one has to take multiple pills twice daily, which I had no desire to do. I found this product, began taking it and within a month my hip bursa which has been very painful for a couple of years was almost without pain. I took a 3 mile hike yesterday and it was the first hike I have been able to do for a year. I don't see any of the other described changes such as hair, nails or wrinkles after only 5 weeks but for my hip pain this was a miracle.
