I took this because I heard probiotics can help perioral dermatitis. I did a cheap probiotic from Walmart for about a month first and it didn't seem to do anything so I searched out a better brand & found this one. I liked that this probiotic was specifically designed for skin. After a month of taking this one I have noticed my flare ups nearly disappear. I still have signs of the dermatitis but it is barely noticeable now & I think that is largely attributed to this probiotic because I feel I have exhausted every other option and this is the only thing I've done where I've seen this big of improvement. I'm on my third month supply & take it very diligently. I have also noticed my digestive health seems to be improving. This seems to be helping my gut get in check. Great product and easy to swallow with a big gulp of water.
