This is a great product for knee problems. My husband had a bad knee that required surgery to clean up a tear. When his other knee started hurting I tried to get him on this product. After several x-rays, a MRI and a surgery date, he started taking it. The surgeon told me that there was a tear and a bit of arthritis that he would clean up. So, they take my husband back for surgery and I barely had a chance to settle in for the wait when the surgeon comes out to talk to me. He said there was no arthritis and the tear was almost gone. He seemed confused. I suppose all the doctors who looked at the x-rays and MRI could have read it wrong or else the gelatin repaired his knee. My husband takes it daily - one Tbl - and never has knee problems. My knee started hurting and I began taking it. I was taking it for a while but then stopped because I wasn't having any pain and it was just preventative - and it tastes horrible. I don't usually drink anything but water throughout the day other than my 2 cups of coffee with breakfast. My husband puts it in his coffee, so I started putting it in a little coffee that I can chug down. I'd rather have a little bad taste than go through the pain and cost of surgery, not to mention damage to my knees.. We also take Thorne Research Meriva (turmeric) which is an anti-inflammatory.

I will ALWAYS take this PRODUCT for the rest of my life ..Im 57... and I SAW the deference in my face about 3 months after .. it takes deferent time for deferent people ..be constant don't stop ( 1 to 3 time as day for faster results)and one day you will look at yourself in the mirror and see a deference.

Wonderful product that has and is helping with my knee joint pain. I used to make all types of music with my knees but no more with this gelatin. I put it in everything from drinks to food. Odorless, tasteless and colorless. Mixes in everything. I love it.

This stuff improved my quality of life immensely and I've tried a million supplements, I originally got it for joint issues and slowly but surely has improved mobility and diminished pain. I also had food intolerances related to taking blood thinning medication a few years back and this gelatin has basically taken care of that. Skin wise I haven't noticed that much difference but I'm thinking that takes a while to come around.

I've been using this product for about 2 years now. I absolute love it....to the extent that if I run out before payday, I'm either scraping my pennies together to order more or seriously bummed if I have to wait until payday! Lol! After this happened a few times, I now order two canisters at a time and re-order once the second canister is half gone.....so I make sure that I NEVER RUN OUT of this wonderful product! I'm not a huge meat eater. I have no aversion to meat, but I just don't always desire to eat it (maybe it's a texture thing, IDK)....so this product helps me get some healthy protein in every day without even thinking about it.

Benefits I've noticed in the two years that I've used it:
Helps my nails grow longer, thicker and faster.
Has helped my thin, baby-fine, hard-to-grow hair grow from about the middle of my back to down past my waist.
My joint stiffness is pretty much non-existent when using this product faithfully.

How to use it:
It can be added to pretty much anything! Yogurt, oatmeal, puddings, coffee, tea, soups, sauces, gravies and even baked goods! It has no flavor, does not gel like traditional gelatin and dissolves completely in anything liquid so you can get pretty creative in what you add it to.
