While I have made this item in warm water and it dissolves well, I think that I enjoy this more in a matcha lemonade. I mixed this beforehand and used a strainer. SO DELICIOUS!

Really liked the matcha as I'm cutting down on coffee a bit & noticed I had energy but no jitters. It is a grassy taste but anyone who likes matcha tea won't have a problem. I noticed this dissolved in hot or cold which is great. Would be perfect addition to smoothies which I will try soon. It doesn't come with a scoop but regular tablespoon was easy enough to use but will need a funnel if going to add to a water bottle (Dasani etc) or it will make a sticky mess on your counter. I already like matcha, so when I started adding collagen into my daily routine and I found this I had to try.

Before this I tried a different brand but that one had some kind of mushroom in it that was a taste I couldn't get past. This collagen matcha however was very good, I am finishing my second container of it. I don't drink it every day so one container lasts me 2-3 months.

I used to do the traditional matcha so I had a matcha bamboo whisk from that which does a good job of getting rid of any clumps. I always make this matcha powder with 175°F water but you probably don't have to. I believe the container says it can be served cold as well but I haven't tried that.
It works really well for matcha lattes though, and for me a nice oat milk creamer mixes well with this product and has a great flavor if you like the Starbucks matcha latte. I never add sugar/honey but you could.
