I can't say enough good things about this product for pancakes or waffles. I buy no other now and usually try to order 4 boxes at a time as when my grand kids are here they can't get enough.
I was a little disappointed with this mix

Having grown up with Snoqualmie Falls products, I was a little disappointed with this mix. I do not feel their proportions are good and I don't think the taste is anything special. Won't rush to buy this one again.

Hard to explain - why buy pancake mix from Amazon? - there are numerous supermarkets near me, but I threw it in to fill up an Amazon pantry order and now I can't eat any other. Gotta taste em to see - words can't describe.

I was forced to get a bag of Krusteaz --- OMG !!!! No comparison. I will eat the price of the Krusteaz, and repurchase the Snoqualmie. Snoqualmie has a great flavor. 2 bags and you will be hooked! I was hooked after 1 bag.

THE BEST boxed pancake mix. If you can't get to Snoqualmie Falls and eat pancakes at The Salish Lodge, then mix up a batch of your own! These only require water, so they're ideal for camping. They make great crepes when really thinned down with water, too. They also make fantastic waffles. Mmmmm. We'd never purchase any other mix.
