Five DELICIOUS Stars. This "Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake & Waffle Mix" comes in a 24 oz. Light and delicious and good for you as opposed to the regular flour pancakes. This larger package is the way to go but it also comes in a 6 ounce package breakfast meals at home, or for camping, or for 'on the road' traveling. Simple preparation: just add water enough to get a good pouring consistency and pour it on a lightly greased griddle and flip when done on each side. Enjoy! "The Breakfast Vegetable", indeed. Highly Recommended. Five YUMMY Stars. (1-24 ounce box of Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake & Waffle Mix).

We LOVE the product! We are VERY Disappointed with the new pricing structure and amount that must be purchased to make the shipping worthwhile. We have ordered this product on and off for a number of years and used to give it as gifts to our friends that fell in love with it.
I gather this is not one of your "premier" products as it is not easy to find or obtain any more.
After these run out we will probably go on a search for another company that is softer on the pocketbook. :(

Little known secret, just add water til you get the batter consistency you want. Let it sit for 5 minutes or NOT. Pour them on a griddle and eat.
You can add fruits, nuts to taste. I add a touch of vanilla and rum sometimes during the holidays. Kids love them and they are GOOD FOR YOU.
I came to know this mix through The Pancake House in Lubbock Texas in School in the late 80s.
