Great Knife, made in the USA, good steal.
Justin•May 29, 2018
Great knife, very sharp out of the box, good steal that holds an edge well. After owning this knife or another Ken Onion design, you will probably never go back to another style of knife. The blade shape of this one is very good although it's a bit on the small side. (fits perfectly in jeans with a change pocket). The Ken Onion Leek is probably a better size, but the blade shape is flatter, and slightly different steal. They are both good knives though. The index finger opening action is very easy yet hard to trigger unintentionally.
My only complains of this knife are the studs on the blade for flipping the blade open that way are a bit too large. The size of them makes for easy blade opening, but if you use the clip to keep the blade in your pocket, it tends to catch a bit on them while pulling the knife out. The blade lock works, but is plastic so you have to make sure you don't accidentally toggle the lock on prior to closing the blade...or no more blade lock :). I have heard they do replace it for free though if you are worried about it. I personally never use the lock, and have had no issue with the blade opening unintentionally.

Great Quality Knife

Screwed up and walked into LAX with my 18 year old Kershaw pocket knife. Had to give it up at the security check :( Replaced it with this one, which is a little larger than what I had thought. Seems to never dull.
Very comfortable in the hand and nice guard to keep if ...

I use this as EDC when I have to dress up for the office or a night out. Wickedly sharp, fast opening, classy, and large enough for most everyday tasks.Very comfortable in the hand and nice guard to keep if from slipping. I use one of it's larger synthetic handled cousins (Kershaw Clash) when I can dress down.
Five Stars

I have purchased 2 now. Small but mighty blade. Shapes keeps an efficient edge for a long duration.
For me makes the absolute perfect pocket knife

For me makes the absolute perfect pocket knife. I used to carry the smaller version until my kids got me this one. They had it engraved with Dad and an eagle head. Pretty cool. I Don't particularly like the little thumb studs on a lot of knives to assist in blade opening. Thats why I like this one so well. I prefer using my trigger finger on top of the knife for the blade assist. Personal preference. Both my sons have one and I just got my Grandson one which i had engraved with his name and a pic of a Bass. The only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is the blade lock. It has broke a couple times in the years that i have owned it. Kershaw has promply shipped replacement parts to me no charge.(thanks Kershaw) Great Knife you will not be disappointed.
