After few battery testing. It stop showing the voltage.
Could it be that badly and poorly manufactured? I guess so

What's better? It's cheap and it works well for what I need. As to it's accuracy, it seems fine. And it's fairly handy to have the additional elastic straps.
A good basic digital VOM

The older digital VOM that this replaced had essentially the same features (sans the "battery tester' settings) and was truly "pocketable". With the "ears" to on the sides of the case, to hold the probes, this meter does not slip onto some of my shirt pockets as readily (an inconvenience). Otherwise the meter appears to perform well and (for the price) I would recommend it. I chose it over some of INNOVA's other (autoranging) models because I prefer to set the metering range manually.

Man, this thing solders on. I've left it on for many days at a time. (oops!) And it's still been running off the same battery. Crazy good power consumption, but I've since switched to a long life 9v nimh battery.
It has maintained its accuracy, been over surged, it has been roughly dropped a couple times with no worries, handles reverse current, decent sized screen, good feeling dial, and has durable enough cables. I feel this was an excellent value for what I paid, it is amazing what mass production can do.
