I work in IT so I get a lot of boxes to open and a lot of screws to remove. This combines the both of them. The blade comes very sharp out of the box and the screwdriver portion comes with 2 sets of Phillips and 2 set of flat heads. I swapped out one Philips for a sharper point as I remove more laptop screws now a days then larger screws.
Blade is made by Kai and is one of the sub-brands they have. I own Kai cooking knives from Japan and their QA is great.

One of the most useful things I've ever owned. It's very handy and I've been using it almost daily since the day it arrived. I didn't experience any of the negative issues other reviewers wrote about. The fasteners are all right and sturdy. I gave it five stars even though the screw driver bits have chipped slightly and the blade developed weird spots during the first week because of its low price point and the fact that the boys are easily interchangeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others and if something happens to this, I'll buy another immediately.

I purchased this knife because I am a car salesman and I am constantly taking license plates on and off. The fact that is has a built in screw driver has made my job much easier! It comes with an assortment of 2 phillips head bits and 2 flathead bits. The knife itself is very sharp and can release quickly. The weight of the knife feels strong and the pocket clip holds it tightly. Overall, I am very satisfied with this knife!

Not sure where to begin and end with this product. I have literally fixed my boat engine, skinned and boned a fresh 30 lb Mahi with this knife in the same day. My older one I never sharpened in 7 years and I replaced it only due to some rust, probably due to saltwater conditions. I have sent several to friends and relatives. My nephew, an Eagle Scout, told me his had lost magnetism of the screwdriver attachment. He contacted Kershaw and the replaced the item within 4 days. Very solid product for the price. Truth be told, if I took better care of it, my older one would probably still be functional. I would buy this again (and have).

I bought a kershaw before amazing quality and durability but lost it. This purchase however it was apparent that the quality was not there. The hex head broke of in the first 2 weeks. Lighter weight material, blade doesn't stay sharp. I assumed it must be a copy and a poor one at that.
