I am still trying to figure out how to use a lot of this, it is not very user friendly. I was hoping that I would be able to make flyers and forms and the like at work. It just hasn't been as easy as I would like.
This original version was an excellent product, then I changed computers and it wouldn't ...

This original version was an excellent product, then I changed computers and it wouldn't work on my new computer. Bought the next version and it was a waste of my money. Characters had changed and they were stupid looking. No artwork at all.

For my personal requirements (i.e., Business Cards), it works just great. Some small concerns though about 'user friendliness'. Some (most) projects require the use of 2 disks ... changing in and out. To me, some instructions (and help files) were somewhat confusing. But, in the overall sense, it pretty-much does what it says it will do. Not super great or 'magical', but not a huge cost either. 4 1/2 stars. :-)

I read the reviews, yet I leaned toward the positive ones and went ahead and purchased this product. Yes, it does have an interface more aimed at children, and yes it seems a bit difficult to manage, but so far I've been able to do what I've wanted to do, with one exception. It would seem to me that a Product that calls itself Print Artist would incorporate the print codes from certain paper companies to set up printing. Either I'm not understanding something, or this seems an impossibility. I purchased some Avery Note Cards, 4 to a sheet, and I cannot use the code provided to set up printing from Print Artist. This leaves me to copy the project and paste it on Microsoft Word, which seems kinda silly. Maybe there's something I'm not understanding...
More is not better

The first Print Artist I had 15 years was wonderful/beautiful and each new one has been worse. I was free to capture a beautiful bluebird and then a very real branch of a tree producing a work of art. Now the trees have names and a sample leaf attached--you would think it was a biology class. What can I do with 200,000 scrawny black and white sketches? It is harder to handle wording miserable accomplish color variations.
