This product works, but understand what you'll be hearing. I drafted my totally objective wife to listen as I played a cut from The Beach Boys' Pet Sounds, Genesis' Trick of the Tail, Fairport Convention's Liege and Lief, Rainbow's Rainbow Rising, and Love's Forever Changes with and without this device. I changed on and off using the device several times during cuts to make sure of what she was telling me. She definitely heard a difference. A small difference, but definitely distinguishable. While I don't trust my wife's taste in music (Billy Joel? Chicago?) I never doubt her honesty. Especially since she's generally less than supportive about my quest for the best audio quality I can afford.
I'm pleased to write a favourable review because I really enjoy the videos on YouTube by the owner of the company. The technological basis behind the device is sound (if you'll excuse the pun). Wiring can act as an antenna picking up and carrying those buzzing and other sounds you might hear near a major appliance or elsewhere. The noise harvester is designed to negate that sound and other interference picked up by your wiring through converting the energy to light. It works and for $100 you will definitely hear a small but clearly perceptible improvement in sound. I definitely recommend buying a Noise Harvester.

This product did improve the critical listening experience in my high end system (Marantz/Wharfedale) in a sound treated silent basement in the sweet spot. I don't have data to show the improvement, but movies and music seemed more pleasing after two weeks with it plugged in to my surge protector Vs two weeks without using it. It is a subtle improvement though, almost like the background is quieter or cleaner, helping dynamics. I notice zero impact using this in my sound bar setup or general listening areas. I would only advise to try it out in a critical listening situation.
