This is one of those products that you worry about because you got it for a pretty decent price, but once you get it hooked up it works like a dream. A good dream, not one of those weird ones that make you consider therapy. Like many people I don't watch cable (you would call me a cord cutter if I ever had a cord to begin with). Instead I have myriad of devices including a PS4, laptop, Xbox 360, Xbox One and probably some other jazz hooked up down there. Ever since I got this, watching TV has been so much easier. It comes with a remote, but I have never had to use it. As long as you plug things in/turn them on in the correct order, this thing does all the work for you. I will say if you use multiple always on devices, like a chromecast which powers up when the TV does, you will have to manually switch between the devices. This does not really bother me.

Have used unit two months now. Works perfectly. Has been big help in that I have more inputs to TV than hdmi inputs. Would have to unplug one input and plug in another according to what I wanted to view. Remote works with ability to rotate among inputs as well as PIP feature.

Great switch! I use it to switch between my Mac Mini (4k resolution) and my PS4 on a Samsung 28" 4K monitor. The switching is super fast and the remote is very handy for quick switches between devices. I previously had a push-button HDMI switch and the spring in the push-button starting failing after a month or so. The PIP feature is also very cool!

This thing is better than I could have hoped for have all my devices running through it and it works great!! There are only two very small downsides. The power cord is a little too short and the lights on the front are way too bright. But by far is the best one I have found so far!!

Bought this for the roommates to switch between a receiver, console, and a roku. After setup, (which was simple), even the non technical roommates had no issues understanding the function and remote. HDMI is handled properly, too, as one of the outputs connects to an HDMI to VGA/TRS converter.
