While the price may shock you, we looked for a quality label printer for our business for months and months and to say that primera was the only option is unfair, but for the price this is by far the best quality label printer I think you will find. Where other companies have products similar in price, they do not offer the per print savings, speed, and diversity in printing ability. This machine prints extremely fast, and has saved us over 100% in our projected label printing costs. Awesome.

While barTender, the third party software that they supply for helping making and printing labels is to say the least not great, we had little problems with printing via adobe reader and creating very complicated multicolored labels with millimeter lines. The quality of the print is nothing to bat your eyes at. The print quality is unbelievable.

I would buy two of these to improve production speeds, but I think I will just upgrade, because I'm a primera customer for life.

This is a quality commercial product with amazing customer support from Primera. It even includes the ability to calculate ink cost per label. I am using it for short runs and custom labels in my winery and it is perfect.

Prints all of our labels. Little pricey on the ink but if you find the sweet spot in the setting and dont need to go full blown photo quality you can cut your ink bill way down. It's essential in our warehouse now!
