I am anemic and very happy that this product is available because regular iron pills make me sick however this doesn't give me any energy at all, in fact it makes me feel sleepy sometimes. I'm wondering if it's the stuff added to it to make it taste good. But I hope it's working for my iron levels and am glad it's available even if it isn't perfect. Tastes great though and easy to chew.

Centrum adult vitamins are a 5 star for me. Providing the supplement I need without an overly obnoxious smelling tab. Some vitamin C/vitamin C tablets end up giving me canker soars, however the centrum I have 0 issues with! No heartburn and no upset stomach : )
