I got this for an elderly parent who has a hard time swallowing pills. The taste is a modest improvement over your average cough syrup, but not by much. It's best stirred into a glass of orange or cranberry juice.
The product darkened considerably after the bottle had been open for a month, so it's probably best if you take it daily and use it up sooner than that.

My mother took Centrum Liquid and lived to be 91. I'm 70 and I've been taking it for years. I have no idea if it works or not,
but at 70 I feel like I'm 45! I prefer a liquid vitamin over a pill. I have a lot of energy and I'm very healthy for my age.
Also, at 70 I teach a one hour kickboxing class where most of the people are under 40. A lot of my friends my age are having
severe health issues and don't take vitamins. You can mix it with juice and the taste is pretty good. I just had a checkup and my
