After having altitude sickness on a vacation trip to Colorado, I started reading about this product and decided to give it a try. Instructions state, add 10 drops to 8 oz of water, twice a day. I bought a case of 8 oz bottled water, opened each and added the 10 drops so they are always ready to go. I do believe they have helped my breathing and I recommended them to a friend of mine that has serious breathing issues. I'm waiting to see if I hear anything positive on it.

So far I'm really impressed with this item. I do feel the extra energy, focus and stamina that helps carry throughout the workday. I knew it worked when I tried it at night and could not sleep. It does depend on the individual though because my roommate could sleep on it. So now I'm using it before work so far so good.
