I took the Healthy Blood Vitamin for 4 weeks and saw my blood work improve significantly! My Ferritin went from a 9 to 27! My iron saturation went from 10% to 31%, HGB from 11-13.1, and also saw improvement in RBC.

I didn't experience any side effects from taking the supplements. Strongly recommend!

For nearly a decade, I had an undiagnosed vitamin deficiency while doctors chalked my symptoms up to stress and anxiety. They all told me my blood test results were perfectly normal.

At the time I had pretty epic menstrual cycle issues that caused major mood disruptions, migraines, ovarian cysts, the list goes on and on. I had severe depression, panic attacks so regularly I couldn't function, and heart palpitations.
