Effective unique tool

Jacket stripper is so uncommon even outside of pocket tools, would give it 4 stars solely on that. But the wire strippers actually work very, very well, and can strip all the way down to individual CAT5 strands! I normally have to carry two wire strippers to do what this tool accomplishes.
Plastic handle feels cheap but very ergonomic, and blade has been only 'ok'. Also noticed that one of the body screws likes to back out, however over tightening of this screw makes the wire strippers very difficult to open. Pocket clip design is a fail, as the hollowed out parts catch on the fabric when trying to slide it into the pocket.
Still, I can live with all those minor issues for the wire stripping function. Why else are you considering purchasing one?

An excellent knife made of high quality materials and attractive design. Extremely functional as well, can't ask for much more.
Only caveat has been the clasp design which is a bit flared out so it can catch on things more easily than other clasps. I've had a couple of incidents so far where I thought I tore my sofa arm rest, but I blame that more on myself than the knife design, just an FYI for prospective buyers.

other than the fact that the belt clip is gone I like this knife

I was excited to get this knife (as I am with getting any new knife) and was loving using it, But the belt clip broke off after about 2 weeks when it got caught on a steel stud at work when I was passing through. This is the only thing holding the stars back for me, other than the fact that the belt clip is gone I like this knife.
Great Knife for Electricians and Low Voltage Techs

I'm an A/V tech, and I use this all the time. It shouldn't be relied on as your immediate go-to wire stripping tool, but in a pinch it works nicely. Blade comes extremely sharp in package and stays that way for a long time. Be aware that the category jacket scoring piece on the backside relies on the pressure of your thumb, so you will cut into the copper if you aren't careful.
The clip is terrible

This is a pretty sturdy knife but the thing that ruins it is the clip for your pocket. It's very loose and prone to snagging on literally everything you sit on/ walk by. Then the clip will bend out of shape and you have to take it off and fix it with pliers and put it back on. Plus the clip is actually quite sharp at the bottom (top of the tower) and an actually cut your finger. Overall it's a good knife with wire stripping capability and that's all well and good, then they ruined by putting a terrible clip on it. I'd save my money on this and buy any other SOG knife out there.
