This is the same one my hair dresser uses and recommended. Definitely makes a difference in hair texture. I can't believe how smooth and shiny my hair gets. The temperature control is good. Not too heavy. Nice long cord. Only thing is the nozzle seems to fall off easily if bumped.

Returning it. Received Twin Turbo 3200 model but "NOT CERAMIC & IONIC" as advertised.

Everyone kept telling me that I needed to splurge on my blow dryer because it made a difference. I never wanted to believe them, but there's hairdryer definitely works better than the $30 one I have from the local convenience store. I would totally recommend this. My friend recommended It to me and said she has had hers for years and never had any problems.

This product was working perfectly and I was very happy with the results. I ordered as reccomended by my stylist. She uses the dryer at her salon so it gets a lot of use. I used mine once a week, (some weeks i dot use it at all as I am not too diligent with the blow drys) and it died on me a week ago. I think it should have lasted longer than that. Specially if it is not used that often at all. How can I get a replacement of the product?

I love this blow dryer. I have been using Twin Turbo hair dryers for over 15 years, I have owned about three models and I only upgraded to see how much better the next model is because I find they are all great, but of course the higher the watts the faster the blow dryer dries your hair so I am loving this one as it is EXTREMELY fast and I get to do my hair in less time. Love the cold shot function. I see that some people mention about the Nozzle coming off, as I mentioned, I have owned at least three in the past 15 years and I really never had that issue, maybe once in a blue moon it may come off but it takes seconds to just put it back on and very rarely happens, I guess you need to make sure it's secured properly. Highly recommend.
