Model MI-751 arrived and works well with the HP LP2475w Monitor. 4 stars because the 8 screws they say included are actually 4 and are all you need. I didn't use them. I swapped out the screws from the HP base mount for the VESA mount interface.
One caveat: Pop off the side faces with your thumb. They overlap the joints and pull right off. The Allen wrench fits in to adjust how you want it to be mounted.
Word of advice: attach the VESA arm mount interface to the back of your monitor with the loops underneath as mentioned. Swing the arm parallel to the monitor. Take a tape measure to get the cumulative distance of the far edge of the monitor to the end point mount that will meet up with the vertical post. Take that measurement down [it's 24-26" inches] and gove from the outer edge of your desk towards the center that distance. I have dual monitors. My desk is 62" wide. I made sure to give each monitor 3-4" from the left or right edge of the desk. In other words I went from left and right 30". That leaves 2" between main posts brackets mounted on the back. The four inches of slack for these 24" monitors gives some wiggle room. If you have 27-32" monitors adjust accordingly or opt up for a 68-72" width desk.
I just used the double plate vertical post configuration and the Vesa mount to the back. Everything else include was extra for customizations someone else might have need I suppose. Well worth the purchase price of $27 before the Holidays. I definitely recommend it. I plan to buy another one.
Note: The Head Pivot Nut that the provided Socket Wrench tightens will need to be applied above the arm and below/beneath the arm. Why? The Range of motion necessary to completely lock the position into place requires it.

I purchased both the dual and single mounts for my girlfriend and I and am a fan of both overall.
The instructions were clear, the arm comes with three mounting options depending on your desk (aka, do you have a cord hole or not), and the arms feels quite sturdy. The dual one arrived with some broken pieces, but this single arm mount arrived in perfect condition. No busted plastic clips over the bolts on this arm (had three broken on the dual arm, but it's behind the displays so eh).
Comparatively, I prefer the attachment from the arm to the vertical stand from the dual arm. It has two bolts that attached the arm to the stand compared to a clamp on this single one. The instructions don't match the clamp though, so minus a star on the confusion there. The instructions don't illustrate the lever on the clamp for easy turning and include an allen wrench that's far too small to manually adjust. Hopefully the mismatch doesn't come with any issues on overall stability.
On this single arm I have a 34" widescreen Asus display"”the 34" PG348Q"”and after a little wrench tightening of the back of the mount itself, it's holding quite steady. I wasn't 100% sure on the weight when I bought this, but it's looking good so far.

Before I start, the online product description says up to a 32 inch screen but the box says only up to 27. That being said, I was able to mount my 32 inch Samsung TV on this with VESA converter ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0141UP4EQ/ref=pe_1098610_137716200_cm_rv_eml_rv0_dp ) to go from 100x100 to 200x200. The arm is well built and sturdy. I have it attached my my tempered glass table for now and it is holding up great. Super easy to install. The only thing to be cautious about is the weight of the screen you put on.

I looked at a lot of triple display computer desk mounts and kept coming back to this one. I could have and would have spent more...just wanted quality and something that worked well. I installed this on my desk last night and within an hour had both of my PCs up and running sharing my three IPS LED displays. This mounting unit is heavy duty and sturdy, but a monkey could put it together. It does require an extra hand when mounting the crossbar to the vertical pivot arm after attaching to desk, but still very easy. Depending on display type and weight, you will have to tighten the display mounting bolt so the display doesn't droop, but the manufacturer includes a handy wrench for that. I am now ergonomically correct at my line of sight is right at the middle of the displays...now on to a higher quality chair and I will be set! I highly recommend this display mount!

I am currently using the MI-751 to mount a 29in LG UltraWide Monitor. The product was very easy to set up and took me about 15 minutes from box to mounted monitor. It helps to have a friend hold the monitor while you screw down the clamp base. There is a heavy duty feel from the metal construction. This allowed me to rest easy knowing the stand wouldn't drop my monitor in the middle of the night. It is easy to adjust the pan of the monitor (either forward and back or swivel). Up and down motion is more difficult as you need to hold the monitor as you release tension from the clamp (same goes with the tilt of the monitor). This is not a problem for me as I keep my screen in the same position.
There was one defective cord clip included, but after a quick email to customer support, they sent me a new set (with an extra) for free. I did not subtract a star because the support was quick and painless.
I have not experienced any monitor sag as of yet and I have been using this product for about a month now. I would recommend this product to a friend.
