Great monitor arm, terrible manual.

Great, but difficult to set up and the instructions for adjusting the tension are terrible. I struggled with the tilt for months trying to find an angle where the monitor didn't slowly tilt downward before I discovered the correct adjustment screws on the bottom of the mount. These are not indicated correctly in the manual. I've attached a photo for anyone else having this problem.

This is by far the highest quality monitor arm I've ever had, it does it's job really well and it's been a joy to have. I currently have 40 pound all in one computer on it and it hasn't had any issues at all! Recommended to all who need a heavy duty monitor arm.
Do yourself a favor and buy this!

Amazing!! Not to difficult to put together, works like a charm.. goodbye neck and back pain. I was so hunched forward at work to see my old monitor, so I ordered a new, larger monitor & this arm - holds perfectly, I can pull it as close as I want, or move it up, down or away with EASE.. one of my best purchases ever.

I have had this mount for a couple of months, i have a 22lb monitor on it. it worked fine for a while but now it appears to be failing at the first swivel above the base. When i turn it to the left it wobbles several inches up and down, not the base, the first connection between the arm and the base. when turned to the right, it is solid. I sent a message into the vendor and was told it shouldnt do that and sounded like i was going to get some help with it, then my messages went unanswered.

Seems to be made well, have a heavy monitor. Only the highest position on the lightest setting with a 34 inc curved monitor. I cant use this as intended. Will have to use it on my heavier 27 inc touch screen.
