absolutely perfect. My desk is an odd shape and every monitor stand I've bought has made me crazy because whenever I get my monitors to the perfect position/ angle they are not level. This stand completely solves that issue. Installation was a few more steps than others I've purchased but still very easy to do. Adjusting the arms is also very easy to do. I wish I had purchased this months ago instead of the other ones I've tried.

Love the quick/efficient movement. You have to adjust the weight sensitivity to establish a balance, but once done it manages the monitor mobility well. The only drawback thus far happens when turning the monitor laterally (left or right) to allow someone else to see the screen. When you turn the monitor out, it gets tilted off-plane (clockwise or counter clockwise, depending on which monitor is moved). It goes back on-plane when the monitor is returned to the original viewing position. Of course, you can correct the tilt when you are showing the monitor to someone else, but then when you return it to the original viewing position it is tilted and needs to be re-adjusted. Other than that, it's a solid piece of engineering.

Way too big for my little desk (36 inches deep) against the wall, made the monitors practically touch my nose.... Would be better for L shaped or deeper desks. Seemed liked good construction
