Good:
-Tiny knife just fit into my tiny hand, love that.
-Razor sharp out of "box" (plastic package actually). It could shave off my hair.
-Tight clip.
-Come in with a headlight, which I appreciated it but not need it.
-It is half the price of the ones from CRKT official site.

Bad:
-The frame lock is pretty stiff and difficult to release.
-Two scales have the same shape, without a cutoff on the non-locking scale, which makes it more difficult to release the frame lock.

Ugly:
-The hole on the flipper is NOT in the center, which bcould be seen from the attached. I totally doubt about the quality of the product.
-The edges of thumbstuds (actually the stop pins) and flipper are extremely sharp. Each time when I put it into my pocket, I could feel that they are cutting cloth and my finger. They should all be chamfered, but obviously not.
-No "CRKT" logo on the clip.
-Different logo and words on blade from the ones on CRKT official website.

Conclusion:
-Not a well-made knife. But it is cheap and could cut things. Just make some assumptions. If this is a real CRKT m16, there might be a quality control issue. If this is a counterfeit, well, 25.95 might be expensive. So, 2 stars for the good, and 3 stars for the bad and the ugly.

I used a 5" Gerber tanto blade for forever and decided to downsize, I like to clip mine on my back pocket with my wallet and this knife it's the perfect size. I've used it to cut cardboard, plastic, widdle down wood even to cut drywall and it keeps an edge for a while. My biggest issue is the safety lock on the blade, you have to pull a lever to disengage it and then push aside the blade lock to close it but even that's not a big deal, you get used to it after a while and it's like second nature. I'm hard on my pocket knives and this one holds up, I've even used it to open paint cans with no chipping on the blade and the black doesn't seem to wear off like a lot of other black blades.

Grimey grimey grimeeeey! CRKT, this is just BAD. The fit and finish is awful, there is a sharp burred edge on the liners that could certainly cut you if you slide your hand over it the wrong way, the blade doesn't flip smoothly even after trying to break it in over a bit of time, stayed grimey and slow while using the flipper the liners would threaten to nick or slice your finger, went so far as to finish the liners and polish all bearing surfaces with still no great results. sorry CRKT, but this knife is just junk. Also, the autolawks feature sounds really neat, but it is just a pain in the butt, not worth the trouble at all. I would not recommend this knife to my enemy even, complete junk. even when holding the knife for normal use the scales and liners can be felt flexing in your hand, this knife just feels awful. I have purchased 3 of these knives thinking it may have been just bad luck, but all were the same and all ended up getting returned. For the price CRKT and other companies make WAY better knives.

This is by far the greatest pocket knife I ever owned. I have kept one in the pocket of my PFD for more than seven years along with other emergency equipment such as a waterproof light, a mini air horn, marine radio, a whistle, etc.
In spite of what some reviewers claim, if you know how to handle a pocket knife, it is fast to open (as fast as a switch blade) and easy to close with one hand. I love the locking mechanism which makes the blade completely stable and prevents inadvertent closure.
I usually use it while sailing and kayaking in salt water and in spite of spending long periods on and in the salt water, it does not show any signs of corrosion after all of these years. It is still sharp enough to shave with and looks as good as new. I just had to buy another so that I could leave one indefinitely in the PFD and not risk forgetting to replace it.
This knife is definitely sharp and strong enough to field dress game of a moderate to large size.

This knife is great I got it replaced because I lost my old one. The blade is made out of 2 cr13 which is pretty durable according to the interweb, it can rust fairly easy but if you know how to remove rust that shouldn't be a selling point. They make black coated models too. The knife flips open every time with just the tip of my pointer finger, the tension is easily adjustable and the best part to me is the autolawk feature. I like that they make it really difficult for the knife to claps on your fingers, Spyderco doesn't even have that and you pay more for a blade with a little better steel that can do serious damage if the lockback or liner lock gets engaged during use. They make bigger blades with the same autolawk feature and at least 5 different blade types. Great buy.
