Their is a small learning curve on getting it to drive the nails easily. Rule one
christian•October 26, 2017
What a time saver!! I used this on an oak hardwood job that was 500sf and had 7 small closets. The nailer worked perfectly. Their is a small learning curve on getting it to drive the nails easily. Rule one, let the tool do the work. If you push on it too hard it will bend a 2" nail. Rule 2, when loading a nail do not apply any back pressure on the sleeve or it will fire across the room. Rule 3, if you have to drive a nail through a knot or a hard grained place in the wood you will have to pre- drill a small pilot hole. All in all it did save me quite a bit of time, and I'm thinking of purchasing another one so I can divide and conquer the next job.

Does the job however tends to leak if the seal isn't positioned where ever is supposed to be to not leak. When rotating the barrel to stop the leak it'll fire. Be careful not to have a nail in, it'll shoot across the room! Too expensive in relation to its build quality.
GREAT TOOL.

Great Tool. Best new tool i have used in awhile. Didn't have any problems as long as I let it to do the work and not push on it. Saved a lot of time, not having to nail in the end boards against the wall.
it worked great for me

Occasionally have to predrill for harder species like hickory or strand bamboo

Holds cleats snuggly and sinks them into the tongue. Occasionally have to predrill for harder species like hickory or strand bamboo. Good for sinking misfires too. Occasionally it'll bend the cleat, just snap the cleat off and try in a different possition.
