I bought two packs, to get 6 inches elevation across my queen-sized bed. They do not cover the entire area under the mattress, but leave a gap of about 14 inches in the middle - not enough to accommodate another set of wedges in the middle. I wish they made two sizes. But the wedges do help, and I am keeping them. A better solution than the inflatable wedge, and very easy to install.

I bought these for my husband. He often wakes up with acid reflux so bad, he can barely breath. He wakes me up when he wakes up gagging, so I started searching for something to help. While I would love to own the new Sleep number beds that split and raise up (Only in king and around $6,000) that's not happening any time soon.

These were the only thing here on Amazon that offer the option of a raised bed on one side only.Lightweight, hard plastic, these are put between the mattresses. Going by other reviews, I bought two sets. Many people said they put them side by side in the bed, and since we have a king size bed, that seamed reasonable enough. I figured that side by side would provide him room to turn over. Since each one is 22 inches long, I'm not sure what I was thinking! I don't need them on my side.So, one set is on the way back.

First thing when he got these, he put them on to of each other for the 6 inches and used them that way. When I woke up, he was curled up in a little ball sliding off the pillow. I knew right then, the 6 inches was too high, but he said he was good. Later during the day, he came in the living room and said he took one out and would try the 3 inch raise. That was perfect. Said he slept great and felt good. Time will tell, though, if it helps the reflux.

I do notice, that with his side of the mattresses raised up, it raises the part of mine in the middle. So, I have just lost some bed space, because it's higher in the middle and I don't like or need to be raised up. Maybe a California King would be better for those of us who don't need the bed raised, and are sharing with someone who does. However, if these also help shop that gawd awful snoring, I can life with the slight lift in the middle until I can save for the Sleep Number.

I wonder if my dog would use one of these too. it's snoring in stereo in my bedroom! =)

Easy to "install" but not appropriate for a side-sleeper. Increased back pain.

Love it! Used both on one side of bed. Really helped with reflux! Will buy two more for other side.
