This is a very sturdy and well built tool, it made moving and positioning my mom. Her Hospice nurse had never seen this, I hadn't either till I was looking for a bed sheet to help move mom on her hospital bed, this fit under her and we can now move her without yanking and tugging a regular folded sheet- it slides on her bedding and was really well built!

When my elderly father came home from the hospital he was unable to walk. So thankful that we had purchased this because this REALLY helped to get him positioned in and out of bed and also helped us to pick him up from the floor when he tried walking and fell. This is exactly what I was looking for to be able to position my 200# husband in his hospital bed by myself. I use it shiny side down,not the side down with the canvas reinforcement straps criss crossing it but the smooth shinier side. That may be wrong way per the instructions but it works best for me. I am only 5' tall & need all the help I can get to position him. I put a hospital grade chux pad over it for him to lay on. This is a lifesaver really! It wipes clean and is very durable so far..highly recommend this.
