I have inflammation around the base of my neck that can be quite painful -- this pillow is the first thing (besides an entire yoga session) to give me relief. I loooooooooove it, and although I didn't buy it for fixing posture, it does help with that too. It's a great, passive way to counteract the effects of sitting all day. I love it.

I love this thing! It is so simple and helps a lot. I have cervical spinal stenosis and it really helps relieve pain. I use it 10 minutes at a time. I can just feel the tension melt away. It seems pretty simple for what it is and maybe it's overpriced- but it was well worth the $29.98 for the pain relief it has give me. I've bought many items to help with occipital release- but this is by far the very best. If you need help with that (occipital release), I'd highly recommend buying it. Best thing ever. I love it. I wish it came with a cover though. But I just slip it inside a pillowcase and that keeps it clean. I did buy one for a family member who has cervical issues and it unfortunately it didn't seem to help them at all- so I guess it depends on your issue.

I tried to cancel this before it shipped, but no could do, and I am soooo glad. I work at a computer 9-12 hrs a day and then I'm looking down at my cell for another 3-4 hrs and my neck gets sore. All it takes is 10-15 min on the posture wedge, and my neck is completely restored. It feels like someone is very slowly stretching my neck, and it feels so good. To look at the thing, you wouldn't think much of it, but it actually works. I think the directions say not to sleep on it, but I accidentally fell asleep on it twice, and the first time, although I was in pain, I also knew that when I woke up the next day, I would feel completely rejuvenated, and that's exactly what happened. I have no idea what it's done for my posture, but it is a godsend for my neck - I love this thing.

Game changer for neck problems! If you look down a lot for work or school this helps dramatically! It doesn't take too long to work too, 10 minutes every few days and you will have less pain and better posture! Foam material could be more comfortable, hence the 4 star rating.
