I love hungry jack pancakes mix they come out fluffy and they taste great

Love this pancake and waffle mix. Wish you could still buy it in the store.

Buying our third pack of 12 now. Tried the buttermilk flavor but prefer original. These make decent waffles as well. You can swap some real buttermilk if you want the flavor but they turn out thicker. We toss fresh blueberries in the mix for a change as well. Organic large packs of raspberries from Costco can be rinsed, pat dry, and freeze spread out on a cookie sheet then ziplock them...holds their shape and thaw in microwave for one minute; store bought frozen raspberries tend to be in a frozen chunk while this way keeps their shape if you don't allow them to thaw and refreeze. This way you can have nice raspberries any time with the pancakes. Because the mix uses whole eggs we keep egg white cartons and scramble them to keep cholesterol down a bit while having a side of scrambled eggs (add some small sauteed chopped veggies). Anyway the mix is very tasty and we vary breakfast as described.

I have used the Hungry Jack Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix for over 50 years and they are as good today as when I first started to use them when working a rotating shift schedule. Graveyard shift was the most appropriate shift to make pancakes.

I love this.
Original is the best for me.
If we can but 3 or 4 pack would be better for me but I found 12pack. It too many at once.
But I like it!!
