Fair price and a good product. Cheese was fresh and had that characteristic bite. It was not lumpy. The only reason I did not give it a full five stars is because it does contain COW's milk, which it would not if it were served in Italy. However, this is becoming common in the USA even for in parts; I don't know whether it's a quality control issue or "“ more likely -- a reflection of economic concerns.
