I haven't actually tried this shipment yet, as just got it today. There was a problem with late delivery but after I contacted the seller, I received the cheese today, and although it had been on a delivery truck for 6 days, it looks perfect. Good packaging probably saved it and cool weather. But I have bought this cheese before through amazon but a different seller, and this type of cheese is delicious. I get great compliments everytime I serve this with pasta and I love to sprinkle it generously on my salads. Pecorino / Romano is so much better than parmasian, and the imported is so much better than anything I can buy on the grocery store shelves. I will be a committed customer with this company when I need good cheese.

The boys in Staten Island know their business. Cheese was packed in a cooler with a layer of paper between the ice pack and the cheese. Prompt shipping, perfect packaging and fantastic Locatelli cheese.....What can be better than that!!
