Absolutely delicious! I was lucky to encounter sweet potato waffles at a small inn and decided to try to find some on Amazon. These taste just like the ones I had. Usually I like my plain waffles with fruit, but these don't need any.
Fiber and Vit A with enough sweetness that you can skip the syrup

Absolutely easy, nutritious and does not really need butter AND syrup. We eat with strawberries plain and it is great. Fiber and Vitamin A with sweetness is a great way to start your day.
