THEY TRULY DO WHAT THEY SAY THE DO...THEY WORK...I CAN WALK AGAIN WITH NO PAIN!!!
Adriana Valadez✓ Verified PurchaseJanuary 29, 2018
I honestly did not want to get my hopes up for this product just due to trying out other insoles that did not help what so ever. I absolutely LOVE these heel insoles...I have suffered from heel pain for so many years & nothing has worked. I do the stretches, I've purchased the special socks & other insoles and as much as I would want to walk more I just couldn't; however these insoles helped me personally almost immediately & I am not even one to write reviews but I truly truly wanted to make sure the word got out to everyone that has suffered like me, YOU MUST PURCHASE THESE!! I promise you you will thank me later! Oh and I wear them with almost every shoe, they fit true to size & I can walk again with no pain I don't know I just love them!
Finally cured my husband's plantar fascitis
Online shopper✓ Verified PurchaseJanuary 17, 2018
Finally my husband's bout with plantar fascitis is gone. He got plantar from walking back and forth to work in unsupportive boots and also a bit of running. He suffered for about 9 months before I gave him these inserts to put into his shoes and boots. At first, he loved them merely because his feet didn't hurt as much while he was wearing them. But, after wearing for about 3 months he has no more symptoms of plantar. He still wears these in all his shoes and is so happy to be pain-free. Like the fact that they now come in other colors than blue.

I've only had this product for maybe 4 days.

I have plantar fascitis and a heel spur that I've been dealing with on and off for a few years. I have the $400 or thereabouts custom orthotics, I've gotten the cortisone shots, have the tennis ball under my desk, done the frozen water bottles.

Everything worked SOMETIME to some extent, meaning that it made things somewhat better. A few times after months and months the pain would actually go away.

I will honestly say I thought these heel cups were outrageously priced. I would have thought that $10 - $15 would be a far more reasonable price. I"ve bought heel cups and heel shock supports before and these are significantly more money.

nevertheless I bought this.

I can report that I've now had 4 days pain-free. To be perfectly honest while I'd be upset if these stopped working tomorrow, the four days of ZERO pain are something I probably would pay $6 a day for... so I've already gotten my money's worth.

I will nonetheless report back if they stop being effective, which is of course a possibility if my foot gets "used to them" and starts being messed up in a different way.

Of course this doesn't mean these will work for YOU. my podiatrist told me that everything I've tried has worked for some significant percentage of his patients so this definitely looks to be one of those "throw everything at the wall and see what sticks" situations.

At any rate... in case it helps anyone make up their mind here are more details about my situation:
1. plantar fasciatis injury.
2. heel spur
3. Worst pain in the am when waking up... and stepping out of bed to the point that I'd sometime have to walk on the tip of my right toes to diminish the pain. Yes I own the nighttime splint... I hate it... and I can't say I've seen that help
4. Pain also during the day, getting up from a desk after sitting, even for as short as maybe 45 minutes. Not as bad as the pain in the am but definitely something that would cause me to take the first 50 steps slower than I otherwise would
5. When warmed up the foot was pretty much fully functional. I do significant amounts of cardio workouts (mostly Zumba) and once my feet have warmed up I can do EVERYTHING the instructor can do at high intensity
6. The only shoes I own that I would truly feel comfortable in (AFTER about a week of hating them - I was told it would be this way) is a pair of bierkenstocks (the hard sole...the soft one is supposedly instantly comfortable but overall less supportive)

Surprisingly after half a day of wearing these things on saturday I noticed that when I woke up on sunday morning I was in FAR LESS pain than I normally would. monday was even better and this morning I'd say I was pain free. I'm talking when getting out of bed in the am, barefoot on tile. With these on in my sneakers I've been 100% walking-pain free (I say walking because I also have some other form of general pain in my heel that comes and goes and that is not pressure-related... meaning it might or might not hurt while I'm walking and it might or might not hurt even if I'm sitting with zero pressure on the foot ... this has NOT changed at all over the past 4 days. We'll see if time heals all heels :P
I Do Not Have Plantar Fasciitis Any More!
N. TinkerAugust 4, 2017
I bought these in December, 2014, and they are still in perfectly acceptable condition in August, 2017 in spite of my using them daily. I have a long history of plantar fasciitis (it started in Basic Training in 1985), and I tried every remedy I could find for years. I wore all kinds of insoles and orthotics, and foot compression sleeves. I tried various kinds of shoes, and gave up wearing anything but Danskos outdoors, with a pair of Birkenstocks for around the house. I slept in various sorts of splints. I put heat on my feet after any time standing and walking, and my son gave me frequent footrubs. Then I tried these. At first I was still using the compression sleeves and some splints, but I stopped both of those long ago: I don't need them any more. These claim that they are corrective rather than accomodative, and in my experience that is the truth.

These fit just right in Birkies, so I wear them around the house all the time. When I go out, I switch these into my outside shoes (or boots). At first they took a little getting used to, but soon they were perfectly comfortable. They just feel normal. I can be on my feet all day, and the old fasciitis doesn't recur. I have now taken to wearing fivefingers shoes frequently when I go out, so I leave the HTPs at home on those occasions. Fivefingers shoes are like being barefoot, which is healthy for your feet and ankles and your other joints, because they get to function the way they were built to do. They have been terrific for my foot, knee and back pain, but they certainly would not do for anyone still suffering from plantar fasciitis. It is beyond marvelous to be over all that foot agony after so long and be able to move on!
Truly my Savior in my fight to resolve my Plantar Fasciitis!
SunDevilMarch 10, 2017
After 8 months suffering with Plantar Fasciitis in BOTH feet; of spending a ton of money trying various shoes, contraptions, splints, socks, etc. - I swear, these heel cups were my savior! I went into a store to buy "yet another" shoe insert to try to relieve my pain and the man assisting me steered me to these instead. He explained how these are made for PF; to put pressure in the exact spot in the heel area needed to help relieve the heel pain and stretch the plantar fascia.

Amazingly, I noticed instant relief the minute I put them in my shoes. I was shocked at the seemingly, too good to be true, "instant relief" - wanted to hug they guy (as those who suffer from PF can imagine)! Now, I will say, these are NOT an instant, miracle cure - and he was the first to tell me that and advised me how to wear them. You will need to start out slowly wearing these, increasing your "wear time" a little each day. After about 20 minutes of wearing them the first day, my feet DID begin to hurt again, as he told me they would. As he suggested, I gradually increased my wear time a little each day until I could actually tolerate wearing them the entire day without pain; at which time, I knew they were doing their job as my overall pain - even when NOT wearing them, was much less than before. I still "knew they were there" in my shoe, as they continued to do their job, but they were no longer caused increased discomfort after a certain amount of wear time.

After 3 months of faithfully wearing them, I was literally pain free while wearing my Asics WITH these heel cups. I still have some residual pain when walking barefoot or standing barefoot for prolonged periods but I can walk, in my Asics with these heel cups for MILES with no pain. Give them a try... Compared to the money I have spent on shoes and various splints, etc. - these are pennies - try them. These just might be the answer (or a huge part of the answer) for you too!
