Nice light fixture, but way too dim for any corals. My 165 watt LED fixture gave about 13000 lux at one foot, this produced about 4000 (and I use 2 165W fixtures on my 65g tank). Actual lux values may be off, I used very simple meter, but relatively, this fixture was 1/6 what I use to keep my soft and LPS corals (been keeping reef aquarium for 30 years, so know how to keep successfully) . Would be good for fish only.
Also, as soon as I turned it on, 2 LEDs started to flicker and burned out, so quality issue there.

I've read a lot of reviews about these lights. Some said that they didn't come with controller and power supply. Orbit packs them in the bottom of the box. All you have to do is look a little bit. With that said they are nice lights and very thin. however don't bother wasting your money on the mounting arms. No way would the lights be able to grow any coral even set at the minimum height. I'm a little sceptical about their power to grow even low light coral. Only time will tell.

Grows soft coral pretty good. This light is super customisable. You can get the right amount of blue/white light for your reef. The built in timer works very well. I have gotten used to the programming and it works pretty good.

4 stars due to the first one I was sent the remote didn't work. Other than that the light is amazing all the features it has like the lightening storm and you can adjust the brightness of the leds. There is so much more about this light but you should see for yourself. I recommend this light to anyone with a reef aquarium. It's also good for soft, and stone corals. Buy this light it's worth it.
