Since a brain injury, I cannot tolerate loud sounds, no matter how pleasant the sound. With these earmuffs I can attend my grandchildren's concerts and my church's worship services. They don't eliminate sound, but definitely mute it. I'm pleased.

I had a pair of these for work and they worked great. So I thought I would order the same model from Amazon. For whatever reason one I ordered off Amazon is of much poorer quality. The metal clips that go inside the ear-muffs are too loose and they slide all the way out when you put them on. The metal clips actually pop out of the earmuff very easily. The pair I ordered online fell apart in about a week.
Edit: Amazon replaced the pair, and the new pair works well.

I wear these when mowing on a zero turn and a tractor pulling a 10 ft brush hog. They really cut down on the noise compared to the muffs they replaced. The quality seems very good but only time will tell on how well they last. Made in the USA not China junk.
