Amazing recipe
GTgirl•October 30, 2017
This GF Bisquick mix has been a life-saver. My husband is GF and I am finding that many GF recipes either require a lot of ingredients that I don't usually regularly use (xantham gum??) or just do not taste good. I have made biscuits (pic attached) and pancakes regularly with this mixture. Everything has been DELICIOUS! Sometimes I have to alter the recipes for pancake by adding a little extra milk or cream to thin it out but besides that ...it has been smooth sailing. I only wish it was sold in a larger box because the contents of this box goes quickly. I highly recommend this mix and find it cheapest and easiest to get via Amazon. Some grocery stores carry it while others do not. I always get the set of 3 and it lasts a while.
Best Buttermilk Pancakes
Quinn•June 20, 2017
This is the best product for gluten free buttermilk pancakes that I have found. The whole family can't tell its gluten free. I use approx. 1 cup of the bisquick, 1 large egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp sugar and buttermilk added to the consistency of a thick batter. I use bacon fat in the pan to give it even more of a flavor boost. The end result is a crispy outside, a fluffy and soft interior and an amazing flavor. tip, I beat the egg with a little of the buttermilk, the vanilla and the sugar first, then add the bisquick. I add more buttermilk as needed after that.
Finally, A Perfect Wheat-Free Replacement For Baked Foods

I am so pleased that there is a Bisquick product that is gluten free!
With this gluten free Bisquick mix I can now confidently bake cakes, cookies and coffee cakes. I use any regular recipe from any cookbook and use this in place of the wheat flour and all leavening agents - baking powder/baking soda, etc. This is a perfect mix of flours, gar gum and more. Again, I can now make any baked recipe with ease and confidence.

Don't shy away from the word Gluten. This mix is awesome!

This mix is fantastic. I love pancakes -- could eat them three times a day. But traditional mixes and recipes (using regular flour) make 'heavy' pancakes. For me (now that I am older '55') I just could not eat pancakes anymore -- would bloat me up and take a long time to digest. When I saw this in the local store -- and I had been hearing about the Gluten debate -- I decided to try it. Glad I did, because now I can eat pancakes again! These come out very light; they don't bloat me up and I can digest them easily -- and they do hold me until lunch. The local store (Wal-Mart) stopped stocking it -- of course. So checking Amazon I realized that buying the 3 box unit costs the same (per box) as what I was paying at the local store -- and this is the prime price. I always bought two boxes at a time, so this is great for me. I always make pancakes for the whole week and keep them in the icebox; then use the microwave to warm them, as I want them. They hold up great in the fridge and they warm up great in the microwave -- they come out just as they were when fresh made. Thank you Amazon.
Wow!

Holy Bisquick!!! This product is fantastic! My daughter was recently diagnosed with Celiac and our whole family is now GF. We've tried a couple of other pancake mixes (not brave enough to try making our own mix yet) and they were fine but noticeably different than regular gluten-containing pancakes. BUT BISQUICK - wow!! So good and no noticeable taste/texture difference at all. We used butter for the oil and I found that the batter produced even fluffier pancakes after it sat for about ten minutes. I let it sit for five before making the first round of pancakes and gave it a stir then it sat for another five before the second round. Second round was perfectly fluffy! I have four kids and they all raved. Try this mix!
