I would recommend buying a better quality cable this one is garbage.
It worked perfectly on my Subaru using FREESSM software!!!

It worked perfectly on my Subaru using FREESSM software. The FREESSM software can be used to monitor live data from the ecu and even play with the idle, very handy little tool! FYI the driver software for the cable took a long time to get. Just make sure your connected to wifi/ internet when you plug the cable in for the first time so it can search for driver software on its own. (The small disk that comes with the cable is worthless).

Item received same day, exactly as described, and helped me diagnose my Volkswagen with a free software download. The little CD that comes with it contains drivers so your computer will recognize the cable. No complaints whatsoever!
